2025 Virtual Chapter meetings:

Our Chapter holds a minimum of four meetings per year. Regular meetings are facilitated via online audio and video communication. Meetings are typically held on the first Wednesday of each month at 7 p.m., from September to June. Members are notified in advance of the schedule through our mailing list.

The Ontario Genealogical Society’s Annual Conference is the venue for our widespread membership to gather at a Face-to-Face meeting.

Special meetings may be called to discuss major events or issues requiring full membership participation.

Members in various areas or special interest groups are encouraged to meet locally and informally. 

Communication: The agenda is circulated in advance on our electronic mailing list. Meeting minutes and reports are sent to members the same way.
