2026 Virtual Chapter meetings:

Our Chapter meets a minimum of four times per year, with meetings typically held on the first Wednesday of each month at 7:00 p.m., from September through June. All meetings take place online via audio and video, making it easy for members everywhere to participate. Members are notified of upcoming meetings in advance via our email list.

Special meetings may be called when major events or issues arise that require full membership participation.

Members in various regions or special interest groups are also encouraged to connect locally and informally as they see fit.

Communication: Meeting agendas are circulated in advance via our email list. Minutes and reports are distributed to members the same way, ensuring everyone stays informed and engaged.
